We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains the cancellation process and applicable conditions.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever happens first.
- To request cancellation, contact our customer support team via email.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations After Dispatch
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- However, after delivery, you may return the item as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes
- Modifications to chosen products or delivery addresses are not allowed after the order has been placed.
- If you wish to make changes, you must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new order.
