Shipping Coverage  

Currently, we provide shipping services within India only. We currently ship only within India and do not offer international delivery.  


Order Processing Time  

Once your order is placed, our team will start processing it within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details, including shipment information once the processing is complete.  


Estimated Delivery Time  

Your items should arrive within 3 to 8 business days, ensuring prompt delivery of your trendy accessories.  


Unsuccessful Deliveries  

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the recipient not being available, or refusal of the package:  

  • Our courier will attempt up to two additional deliveries.  
  • If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.  


Damaged or Missing Shipments  

If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. You may be asked to provide a photo of the damaged item to help resolve the issue quickly.    

If your package is lost during transit, we will work with our shipping partner to investigate. Once confirmed, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
