We make every effort to ensure that all orders for women’s accessories are shipped promptly and arrive in perfect condition. This policy outlines the shipping terms and procedures for items purchased on our platform. By placing an order, you accept the terms listed below.

Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
  • Currently, we do not provide international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • After processing, a confirmation email will be sent, containing complete order and shipping information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 8 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery may be unsuccessful due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
  • The recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • The order was refused at the point of delivery.

What Happens Next:

  • If any of the above occurs, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Customers may request for the order to be re-dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours and include clear photographic evidence.
  • In the event a shipment is lost during transit, we will either issue a replacement or provide a refund after our courier partner confirms the loss.
